Kate Nigro  Director of Public Affairs

Kate spent ten years in sales and marketing with ADVO, Inc, the largest direct marketing firm in the United States. She worked in their Houston, Pittsburgh and Cleveland markets, eventually managing a sales organization whose portfolio generated $41 million in revenue and included some of the nation’s largest retailers and manufacturers. After leaving ADVO, she started her own publishing company in Cleveland, eventually selling it when she moved to Midland. In Midland, Kate was the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Midland Center for the Arts and subsequently ran her own marketing firm.  She joined Bolger + Battle  in 2006 , an agency partner for Dow, and spent six months as a contractor on-site at the corporate center supporting Diversity & Inclusion as global communicator before being hired as the Global Communications and Brand Leader for Dow Coating Solutions .

Kate graduated with a marketing degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
